Tomaž Pandur's rendition of Goethe's Faust opened in November 2014 at the Centro Dramático Nacional in Madrid. 11 months later, the play was restaged by the Slovene National Theatre Drama Ljubljana. The new production featured an alternate cast (led by Igor Samobor, Branko Šturbej, and Polona Juh), whereas the creative team remained unchanged.

Silence expanded the original score by adding several instrumental tracks.
